SHIPPING POLICY

Mark Kellett Art is a business selling original artwork, prints and merchandise, designed and produced by the Artist - Mark Kellett.

By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. 

UK orders are despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class standard shipping. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for this to arrive. If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at markkellettart@gmail.com and we will conduct a full investigation.

International delivery timescales can vary depending on shipping location. If you would like an accurate timescale for delivery not based in the UK, please contact us at markkellettart@gmail.com.

During busy periods, regrettably there may be small delays to the outlined timescales given above. In such circumstances, we will ensure to keep you informed of these delays.

We understand there will be occasions where you would like to receive your order faster than our standard shipping timescales. If this is the case, please contact us at markkellettart@gmail.com and we will endeavour to meet your request.


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Our standard shipping charge for UK orders is £3.95.

All international deliveries have a standard shipping charge of £9.95.

The cost of delivery will always be displayed in your shopping basket when you checkout.


IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Mark Kellett Art at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping, regrettably will not be refunded.


RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however we also appreciate sometimes people change their mind. Mark Kellett Art will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item, and are returned to us in original packaging in an unused and in resellable condition.

As we are a small and independently run business, return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. We appreciate your understanding with this.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Please note that the responsibility of the parcel remains with the sender until it is received by us.

MY ORDER IS FAULTY

All products available for purchase from Mark Kellett Art go through a vigorous quality checking process before dispatch, however sometimes things slip through the net. If you do find that an item you have received is faulty, please contact us immediately at markkellettart@gmail.comto make us aware. 

For faulty items, you will be offered the choice of a full refund for the faulty items, or a replacement to be sent out free of charge. 

As we are a small independently run business, we may request photographic evidence of the defected items. If this is not complied with, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or replacement.


MY PARCEL WAS LOST / DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

If you find your parcel has been lost or damaged transit, please contact us at markkellettart@gmail.com so that we can alert the delivery provider to conduct a full investigation.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the delivery service has completed their investigation into the claim.
